Whether it's through individual counseling/coaching via the Employee Assistance Program, access to relevant training programs or open communication channels, we are here to help faculty and staff adapt and thrive. We will help support individual and community well-being.

CWRU is pleased to offer AllOne Health (formerly IMPACT Solutions), the university's Employee Assistance and Work/Life Program, which provides free, confidential counseling and referrals to benefits-eligible faculty and staff, as well as their family members and household members 24/7/365. 

Professional phone support is available around the clock on an unlimited basis for you and your family members. Just call 1-800-227-6007. Your call will be immediately answered by a qualified masters/doctoral level mental health professional 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. AllOne Health has 835 providers in Cuyahoga County and 3,907 in the surrounding counties.
