Withdrawals & Tuition Refund Deadlines

Billing Dates and Deadlines

Enrolled students are billed per term (summer, fall, and spring).  Students and Financial Authorized Users can expect the billing statements to be available after 5:00 p.m. (EST) on the billing dates for each term within the academic year.  An email notification will be sent to students and their Financial Authorized Users when billing statements are available to view.  When making a payment, please allow enough processing time for receipt of your payment.  It may take up to 3 weeks depending on the payment method for the credit to appear on the account.

Late fees are assessed according to the Student Accounts Past Due Policy.

Summer 2026 Billing Schedule

Aid disbursement begins on July 1, 2025.

Fall 2026 Billing Schedule

Aid disbursement begins on August 24, 2026.

Spring 2027 Billing Schedule

Aid disbursement begins on January 11, 2027.
