    The new 2024-25 U.S. News Specialty Rankings include the rankings for 13 specialty programs at 196 law schools. Based on its collective specialty rankings, Case Western Reserve University School of Law ranked 42nd best in the nation.
  • Student Spotlight: Tiffany Johnston

    Towards the end of her 2L year, Tiffany Johnston received some unexpected but welcome news—she was pregnant.  “I’ve been told since I was 16 that it would be nearly impossible for me to have a child naturally,” Johnston said. “We originally thought it might have been cancer, but she turned out to be a baby!”

    The law school hosted an alumni luncheon at the stunning art deco Silver Grille in the old Higbee building downtown on April 10 with several hundred alums and faculty in attendance. A professor and four alumni selected by the Law Alumni Association received honors at the luncheon.

    Trevin Crider is the champion of this year’s Case Western Reserve University School of Law Dean Dunmore Moot Court Competition! Twenty-nine students competed in the intramural appellate-advocacy tournament named for Thomas Dunmore, who served as the School of Law’s dean from 1910 to 1945.
