PeopleSoft Financials

IMPORTANT: Please review Chartfield information before coming to any PeopleSoft Financials class. Understanding Chartfields will help you greatly when learning to use PeopleSoft Financials.
 
In addition, if you are new to the University, sign up for the ABCs of Financials class. Go to the CAPS Program website to register for available classes.

PeopleSoft HCM

HCM Overview

Offered monthly; sessions held subject to adequate registration. Not required for access to HCM.

Provides an overview of Employee Self-Service, including Time Entry, Payroll Information, Benefits Information, and Personal Information. Manager Self-Service is covered at the request of training participants.

With your registration, please submit any questions you may have about HCM, as well as if you will be approving timesheets for employees in your area.

PeopleSoft SIS

The Schedule of Classes - Fundamentals

Classes held 2-3 times yearly in accordance with schedule roll-out.

Required for access to the Schedule of Classes module in PeopleSoft SIS.
