Elizabeth Click is an Assistant Professor at the Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. As a nurse with a background in wellness program management and working with groups, Elizabeth is uniquely qualified to speak and write about wellness and health management subjects. She received a B.A. from the College of Wooster with a major in psychology and an N.D. (Doctor of Nursing) from Case Western Reserve University. She also is a Certified Lactation Educator.

Prior to joining the Case faculty, Dr. Click was Manager of Wellness Training at The Progressive Corporation in Cleveland, Ohio for 12 years. This was a particularly significant time in the development of corporate wellness initiatives as Progressive, the third largest auto insurance company in the country, was one of the first corporations to establish a worksite wellness program. Prior to that position, Dr. Click was on the faculty at the University of Tennessee, Memphis. Her major interest professionally and personally is in working with people individually and in groups to support their present level of health and to help them reach even higher levels of wellness.

Bryn Mota is the Director of 121 Fitness Center, Cleveland's premier fitness center. 121 Fitness Center has been committed to helping all members of the CWRU, UHHS, UCI, CCF and surrounding communities achieve the healthy lifestyle they desire since 1988. The facility is known for its professional, personal, friendly and clean atmosphere. 121 Fitness members are people of all fitness and professional levels striving to balance their commitment to health and wellness with their busy schedules.

Bryn is responsible for all operations of the Center and its interface with Case Western Reserve University and the university community. She provides, implements and manages the strategic direction of the fitness center in support of goals, objectives and policies. Bryn also created and leads the CWRU Employee Wellness Program which providing free resources, activities, events and seminars to the employees each month.

Bryn holds a MS in Exercise Physiology from Miami University and previously worked in Cardiac Rehabilitation as a fitness specialist and exercise physiologist at UPMC Shadyside Hospital.

Jes SellersJes Sellers, PhD

Case Western Reserve University

Jes Sellers is a licensed psychologist and holds degrees from Penn State University and the University of Florida. He is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology and a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Psychiatry.

In his work as a therapist, Dr. Sellers blends psychodynamic and cognitive therapies to help students understand and make changes in their lives. He works closely with students struggling with sadness, self-esteem, depression, or anxiety; students exploring identity and sexuality issues; and students participating in our PRS program, including students residing in Case's Recovery House, a campus residence for students in recovery from alcohol and other drugs. 

He facilitates groups such as the Check-In group for students striving to maintain a healthy balance between academics and their mental health care needs and offers presentations on sleep hygiene, overcoming shyness, and popular culture issues.
