Endowment and Impact
With an endowment of more than $1.8 billion, Case Western Reserve University supports nearly 100 designated academic and research centers and receives nearly $400 million in external awards for research each year. Located on 155 acres in Cleveland, Ohio, Case generates a $1 billion impact on the region’s economy.

Students and Scholars
Nearly 10,000 students—about 40 percent of whom are undergraduates—are enrolled at Case. Students represent all 50 states and nearly 100 countries. But they are more than just numbers. Many are the best and brightest in the nation, and include Fulbright, Goldwater and National Science Foundation scholars, among others.

Nobel Laureates and Networks
Virtually all 2,600 faculty members hold the doctorate or other appropriate terminal degree, and the university counts 15 Nobel laureates—including the first American scientist to ever receive the prize—among its alumni and current and former faculty. The university's international, alumni network is more than 100,000 strong.
