15. Biology Building

The Biology Building, now a part of the Agnar Pytte Center for Science Education and Research, was designed by Charles Schweinfurth and built to the specifications of Francis Hobart Herrick, the first professor of biology at Adelbert College and a nationally known expert on the American eagle. The building was financed by gifts of the trustees. It continues to serve as the primary location of the biology department.
