Case's location in University Circle puts it in close proximity to a number of quaint and eclectic shopping districts. While books and sundries can be purchased right on campus at Case's bookstore, you need only walk a short way to find yourself surrounded by the art galleries and bakeries of Little Italy. Whether you need to make a quick stop for groceries at the Cedar-Fairmount Giant Eagle, outfit your dorm room at Target, or find the perfect antique lamp along historic Larchmere, virtually all your shopping needs are within a few miles of campus.

Neighborhoods/Shopping Districts
Cedar-Fairmount
Just up Cedar Hill from the south campus dormitories, the Cedar-Fairmount district offers art, entertainment and fine and casual dining amidst an array of specialty shops and Tudor-style architecture.
Cedar-Lee
Restaurants ranging from Mexican to Thai, bars specializing in wine, martinis and old fashioned pints, art galleries, a compounding pharmacy, family owned hardware and grocery stores, and the independent films shown at the Cedar-Lee Theater make this area a destination for everything from errands to entertainment.
Coventry Village
Once known as the place to find Cleveland hippies, Coventry now provides a mix of eclectic eateries and shops catering to young and old alike. Art supplies, vintage toys and vegetarian food are offered alongside books, Birkenstocks, coffee shops, restaurants and live music.
Euclid Triangle area
Located near campus at the intersection of Mayfield and Euclid, the Triangle offers fast food, a UPS store, banking and other services, and is slated to become the future home of the Museum of Contemporary Art. Additional restaurants, shops, Starbucks and a deli line both sides of Euclid Avenue in this area.
Fairmount-S. Taylor
Art, decor and design, fashion, flowers, fresh bread and a salon can all be found together in this quiet residential area just east of the historic Fairmount district.
Larchmere
Larchmere, just north of Shaker Square, is home to a number of antique dealers, craft stores, galleries and other boutiques. Dining options in the neighborhood range from the classic homestyle Academy Tavern—barely changed since the 1930's—to Boulevard Blue featuring modern cuisine and live jazz. Whether you crave pizza or tasty vegetarian dishes, there is someplace here to suit your palate.
Little Italy
Adjacent to campus, Cleveland's Little Italy is an historic district offering more than 55 artists' studios, galleries, and shops; more than a dozen restaurants offering everything from pizza to haute cuisine; and cultural events ranging from periodic art walks to the annual Feast of the Assumption.
Shaker Square
Built in 1927, Shaker Square is the second oldest designated shopping district in the United States. Anchored by Shaker Square Cinemas and Dave's Supermarket, the square offers an international array of restaurants ranging from Brazilian and Hungarian to burgers and Sushi, as well as stores offering everything from camera equipment to pet supplies.

Beachwood Place, 26300 Cedar Road at Richmond (6.5 miles east)
Home to Saks Fifth Avenue, Dillards, Nordstroms and a variety of mid and upscale boutiques and restaurants.
Eton, 28601 Chagrin Blvd (9.23 miles East)
Home to Trader Joe's, Barnes & Noble and Sur la Table, Eton offers a variety of restaurants and shops in an outdoor village like atmosphere.
La Place, 2101 Richmond Rd. (6.1 miles east)
Adjacent to Beachwood Place, La Place includes Talbot's, Borders, high-end fashion and art galleries and Williams-Sonoma.
Legacy Village, 25001 Cedar Rd (5.92 miles east)
Apple, Joseph-Beth Booksellers, independent and chain restaurants and specialty stores are scattered throughout this outdoor shopping center near Beachwood Place and LaPlace.
Severance Town Center, 3640 Mayfield Rd (3.37 miles east)
Wal-Mart, Home Depot and Regal Cinema share space with retail and other businesses as well as a Burger King, The Cleveland Heights Post Office and residential town homes.
Tower City Center, 230 W. Huron Rd (4.76 miles west)
Located in the Terminal Tower on Cleveland's public square, Tower City is home to the Hard Rock Cafe, The Ritz Carlton, Tower City Cinemas, and a variety of restaurants and shops. The Red line rapid transit connects visitors from campus to the Terminal Tower rapid stop.
University Square, 2201 Warrensvile Ctr. Rd. at Cedar (4.16 miles east)
Macy's anchors this collection of stores that include Pier One, Target, Tops and free indoor parking. Nearby, along Cedar to the west and Warrensville to the south, you'll find additional restaurants and stores selling everything from needlework supplies to fresh bagels.
