HTML Newsletter Templates

Sending an online newsletter not only keeps you in touch with your group members, donors or other constituents, but provides an inexpensive, regularly produced platform for you to communicate and strengthen your messages.

The toolkit includes four e-newsletter templates that you can edit to suit your publication’s needs. Just like the HTML email templates, each newsletter design offers options for a university logo header or a specialized header that you can create for your newsletter. Browse the templates and then follow the instructions to create your first message. NOTE: Templates were created for sending/receiving in Google Mail; they may need additional coding for use in other email clients.

Description: Clean, one-column design with space for "in this issue" top navigation, university logo or specialized header, and optional footer highlight section.



Template B (click on images for large preview)

Description: Two-column newsletter with university logo or specialized header, optional footer highlight, and shaded sidebar for news briefs, publications details and navigation.



Template C (click on images for large preview)

Description: One-column design with listed navigation, colorblock section headings, university logo or specialized header, and optional footer highlight.



Template D (click on images for large preview)

Description: "Blank" template with border markings and optional university logo or specialized headers. Fully customizable.
