Susan is the veteran of the media relations team. Currently, she focuses on health sciences and humanities but has covered nearly every subject in her 15 years with the university. Marv Kropko

Marv recently completed 30 years of service with the Associated Press, where he focused on business journalism. In the course of his Cleveland-based AP career, he has helped cover eight presidential elections, reported on an array of trials and rulings in state and federal courts and interviewed prominent corporate chief executive officers. Carolyn Widdowson
media relations specialist
Carolyn began her journalism career interning with news organizations such as CNNfn and CBS before becoming a news anchor and reporter for ABC television news in Salisbury, Md. She went on to work in media relations and pursue her interest in law at the Wicomico County State's Attorney's Office, where she managed media relations and internal communications. She has received several awards, including the Chesapeake Associated Press Broadcasters' Association Best Continuing Coverage award for her work on Hurricane Katrina.
