Peyton Burns (she/her) joined CWRU in April 2022, supporting the development of graduate and professional marketing materials and ensuring brand compliance with merchandise—all from the garden level of Adelbert Hall. Originally from Akron, Peyton earned her degree in English and played Division I women’s soccer at Robert Morris University. Her early career in education led her to North Carolina and Florida for seven years, where she enjoyed teaching high school English and coaching varsity boys soccer. Outside her professional commitments, Peyton enjoys playing goalkeeper for the Ohio City Soccer Club, attending Guardians games, and exploring the Metroparks.
