CAR RENTAL INSURANCE (2022-23)
For proof of insurance when renting or leasing a vehicle within the United States and Canada on CWRU business, carry a copy of the CWRU rental insurance card.
CWRU has negotiated preferred vendor pricing with the following car rental agencies. These can be used for business, or as a bonus, they may be used for personal travel.
Enterprise Rent-A-Car and National Car Rental offer discounted business and personal rentals to university employees and students. The university now also offers significant discounts from Hertz as well. Please visit this page for the contract codes.
