The goal of the CAPS program is to provide comprehensive training sessions to develop and assess end user knowledge regarding policies, procedures and other tools needed for conducting business at the University.
The CAPS program currently has a Financial Management program available.
The program is dedicated to helping the campus community move forward and deepen their knowledge in administrative areas.
CAPS is aligned with the University’s strategic plan by:
supporting the faculty and staff through improved administrative support
promoting mentoring efforts
providing improved internal “customer” satisfaction with administrative services
helping to define best operational practices across the University
