FALL 2012/Winter 2013

• Strategic Plan Steering Committee composed of faculty, students, staff and alumni will meet to set the context of the new Strategic Plan.

• Formation and launch of individual working groups to concentrate specifically on some of the plan's key elements.

• Conduct open forums to provide information and updates and to gather community input regarding the university's future.

• Provide online opportunities to learn more about the process, and submit comments electronically.

• Develop the draft plan.

SPRING 2013

• Continue to develop strategies and gather community input

• A complete draft plan available for the community to review in the spring.

MAY 2013

• A final version of the plan will be ready to present to the Board of Trustees.

JUNE - JULY 2013

• Prepare to implement the plan
