Address – Highlights of Governor Ted Strickland’s
annual address that includes proposed changes in the structure
and administration of the Department of Education, creation
of a state department for veterans affairs, a “seniors
to sophomores” program for high school seniors, and the
proposed “Building Ohio Jobs” program, a $1.7 billion
state bond initiative.
