WHOM SHOULD YOU SEE?

About the Staff

The Office of Undergraduate Studies is responsible for the oversight of the academic advising, activities, progress, and performance of undergraduate students in Case Western Reserve University. Any questions regarding academic regulations, standards, policies, or programs should be referred to this office.

The following guidelines are provided to indicate whom you should see or what you should do for various kinds of concerns in the Office of Undergraduate Studies, (216-368-2928).

Remember, your faculty advisor is the primary point of contact for discussing courses, scheduling, progress in the major, and other academic concerns. If you need to discuss a matter with a dean in the Office of Undergraduate Studies, please call and schedule an appointment. If you had prior contact with a dean in the office, it is best to continue to see that person.

NEW STUDENTS

  • First year students, see:
