Whom Do I Contact for Corrections?
If your Advisement Report requires a correction, use a Correction Form (2-page pdf) to obtain approval from the appropriate department for the following changes:
- Course substitutions in major/minor requirements must be approved by the major/minor advisor
- Satisfied requirements not properly noted on the report should be brought to the attention of the Office of Undergraduate Studies, Sears Building 357
- The requirement term for your academic program, which is the year you entered Case, may be changed to a later date but must be consistent between the major and core or general education requirements
