Recent Happenings:

Congratulations to Esther Erb (Cognitive Science major) on her recent varsity atheletic accomplishments: http://www.case.edu/athletics/varsity/news/2007-08/pr11_14_07.htm. Esther received SOURCE funding during the Summer of 2007 to investigate the effect of music on running.

Congratulations to David Poerschke (Materials Science and Engineering major) for receiving the FEF Ronald and Glenn Birtwistle Scholarship. Click on Nov 2007 - CIC Press Release for details. David received summer research funding from SOURCE and CAA during the summer of 2006.

Congratulations to Sonia Merritt for being selected to present her research on Capital Hill http://bme.case.edu/news/2007_0417.html! Sonia was awarded an OSEA grant to conduct her research and provided with Travel Funding to attend the session.

Congratulations to Qilei Hang for developing a website on Virginia Woolf and Arnold Bennett http://filer.case.edu/~qxh4/! Qilei was awarded a SOURCE grant to pursue this creative endeavor.

Congratulations to Shaan C. Gandhi, Biochemistry and Chemistry major, for being selected as a Rhodes Scholar for 2007! Shaan will study at Oxford University in England for two to three years before pursuing a M.D. degree. While at Oxford Shaan will pursue a M.Sc. in Integrated Immunology.
