Campus Climate

Case Western Reserve conducted a university-wide climate survey during the academic year 2010-2011 as a way to assess the campus environment and compare how different constituencies perceive the environment for inclusion and diversity. Results of this survey will help the campus community better understand and address climate issues specific to the workplace and classroom.

Ten questions were asked of all faculty, staff, and students. In addition, six questions about diversity in classes and programs were asked of all faculty and students. The report below compares responses on these common questions. Future reports will discuss results specific to each group.
