Online Room Request Form

Thank you for your interest in reserving the Inamori International Center's classroom(s) for your event. Please complete the request form below. Once scheduled, you will receive a confirmation of your reserved event.

Please note that classes are held in the classrooms every day, throughout the day during the academic year, with exception to the Provost's Hour and the University Community Hour. They are available to be reserved in the evenings throughout the week and any weekend. If you need only a short span of time (1-2 hours), there may be weekday availability; however, if you require several hours or an entire weekday, there will be nothing at the center to accomadate your request other than summer hours and academic breaks.

Please note: The center staff will make arrangements for furniture/wall set-ups once you have identified those specific needs. You will be responsible for all other arrangements relative to your event (i.e., catering, media, conference calls, etc.).

Special requests: Please note that special requests for furniture set-ups and/or wall adjustments will result in a charge of $20.00 to your department speedtype for each prior and/or post event arrangement.

Classrooms: Both rooms are level two technology enhanced; 16 tables in Room 09A accommodates a seating capacity of 34; 12 tables in Room 11A accommodates a seating capacity of 24; seating capacity is 58 when the wall is open; formal combined setup of wood chairs only in rows is 125.

There is no charge for the use of classrooms for Case affiliated events; however, a speedtype must be provided in the event additional clean-up is required after your event.

FOOD/BEVERAGE:

Food is permitted in the classrooms provided that your organization cleans up immediately following your event and that every precaution is taken to prevent any staining to the carpet. It will be the responsibility of the reserving party to ensure that any leftover refreshments are removed immediately.

You are responsible for scheduling any special MediaVision/Technology needs other than what is already available in the classroom; however, for scheduling purposes, we will need to know the specific time required for your set-up to ensure that no conflicts arise. Please indicate required time needed for such set-up prior to your event.
