Executive Coaching for Change Leader Teams
Each Change Leader Team from the six partner schools will be assigned an IDEAL Team Coach familiar with academic executive coaching as developed through the NSF grant ACES.
The coach will meet with the institutions Co-director and team twice annually with the initial meeting focusing (loosely) on strategizing the goals, objectives, outcomes and evaluation of their chosen annual project, and the second meeting will function (loosely) as a working session to present results and recommendations to the university's senior administrators, and plan the presentation at the Plenary Conference. Meetings with the Team Coach are coordinated by each institution's Co-Director, who attends the meetings to support and provide resources for the implementation and sustainability of the annual change projects.
Following the effective practice developed during CWRU's ACES executive coaching program, IDEAL Team Coaches will meet regularly as a group with Co-PI Diana Bilimoria and Project Director Amanda Shaffer to coordinate efforts and discuss progress, opportunities and challenges.
