Email & Case Network ID Activation

Activate your Case network ID and create your password. Your network ID is your passport to Case’s networking and computing services (SIS, Webmail, Software Center, and more…). It is composed of your first, middle, and last initials followed by numbers (eg.abc123)

Go to: https://its-services.case.edu/my-case-identity/activate/

- You will receive a PIN to activate your account via email. The email will be sent to the address you provided on your application.
Once your email and Case ID are active, you will be able to log into locations on the Case website that require the Case Single Sign-On Service. You will also be able to check your email via Case Google Mail.

 

Case ID Card & Parking

All students are required to obtain a University I.D. card. Once you have a student ID number in the Student Information Center (SIS), you can receive an I.D. card from Access Services. Please be sure to take along with a photo identification card. The Access Services (I.D. center) is located in Crawford Hall 18. If you have any questions, please call (216) 368-2724. Parking permits for the Case campus can also be obtained at Access Services.
