Summer Internships and Residencies

The Case-Fisk Partnership offers students and faculty at both institutions opportunities for research internships and residencies, particularly during the summer months.
Case Western Reserve University's ACES program recently hosted five female students from Fisk University as part of its pipeline initiative for science and engineering minority women who are undergraduate and graduate students. The students participated in research for ten weeks.
In addition, two Fisk students were involved in research, as interns, in the lab of Case Western Reserve's Associate Professor David Shiraldi in the Department of Macromolecular Science and Engineering. The students, both from Nigeria, have been pursuing their education at Fisk.
Another student from Fisk also served as an intern in biomedical engineering at Case.
