Bi-Lingual Services for Spanish Speaking Survivors - The Hogar Consuelo ProgramSpanish-speaking survivors can now access bilingual services through Cleveland Rape Crisis Center’s Hogar Consuelo Program. A 2010 study shows that only 3% of Latina women who have survived a sexual assault access victim-specific services. Hogar Consuelo – or, Comfort Place – provides accessible, culturally sensitive services to help women, men and children heal from sexual violence.
