Student Office Hours with the Provost
Provost Baeslack will hold Student Office Hours on Wednesdays from 4:00-5:00 p.m. beginning the first week of classes in August and running through Commencement. Student Office Hours are intended to provide an opportunity for students to communicate with the administration in an informal, personal setting. The topics discussed should be subjects that are timely and generally affect a broad sector of students.
To schedule a meeting with the Provost, fill out the online registration form with your full name (and all names of those planning to meet), e-mail address, phone number, and a brief summary of the topic you desire to discuss. Your request will be reviewed and a 15-minute conference time will be scheduled. Students may schedule as many as two 15-minute meetings with the Provost during an academic year, unless an exception is granted.
