Student Information System : Executive Steering Committee

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Review decision requests presented by the project team and validate decisions in accordance with the decision support policy.
  • Review business process changes recommended by the project team to ascertain if organizational changes are warranted.
  • Provide executive-level support to the project team to remove obstacles to the projects’ success.
  • Make policy decisions and approve policy changes.
  • Set priorities which determine timing of the implementation of Case’s student information system modules.
  • Approve the allocation of project resources.
  • Continuously support the high priority status of the project.
  • Serve as an advocate for the project both internally and externally.
