June Final Entries (formerly June 26 or period 998 entries)
When processing June Final journal entries, please be sure to change the default journal date to 06/30/2005 prior to clicking the ADD button. This will ensure that the journal is processed for fiscal year 2005. Should an entry require further approval (e.g., grant cost transfers), please forward a copy of the journal and any supporting documentation to Grants Accounting, BioEnterprise 3rd floor, 7006.

All June Final journals must be successfully submitted and required backup documentation received by the Grants Accounting office no later than July 21st at 12 noon.

Salary Adjustments
All salary adjustments must be submitted no later than July 21st at 12 noon to be considered for fiscal year 2005. Should a salary adjustment require further approval (e.g., grant cost transfers), please forward a copy of the salary adjustment and any supporting documentation (e.g., supplemental, departmental approval) to Grants Accounting, BioEnterprise 3rd floor, 7006.
