Income – Expense Report
The expense statement contains both a summary and a detail section. The summary section lists total expenses for the given time period as well as year-to-date expenses and the current year budget. The detail section lists all journal activity for the given period. Encumbrance section lists requisitions and purchase orders that are pending.

The income/expense statement consists of a summary section and a detail section. The summary section lists total expenses for the given period as well as year-to-date expenses. The detail section lists all journal activity for the given period. The income listed represents the monthly amount distributed to the endowment fund or the actual income received for FHBOs. Encumbrance section lists requisitions and purchase orders that are pending.

Budget Performance Report
Used by the budget office, management centers and departments for budget forecasting, this report lists the major account classifications and breaks down current and year-to-date expenses for each class in the various funded and unfunded categories.

Revenue Budget Performance Report
Used by the budget office, management centers and departments for budget forecasting, this report lists the major account classifications and breaks down current and year-to-date income for each class in the various funded and unfunded categories.

General Ledger Report
This report lists activity on asset and liability related funds for a given period. The report is sorted by fund, project and account ID.

Income Ledger Report
Lists income detail for endowment, FHBO, income and expense funds. The report is a cummulative, showing all detail for the the fiscal year. The report is sorted by department, fund, project and account .

Unused Endowment Income
Lists endowment and FHBO projects, their income balance at the beginning of the fiscal year, year-to-date income by category, year-to-date expense and final, unused income balance.

Valid SpeedType Listing
This report lists all currently valid (non-archived) SpeedTypes available for use in the HCM procurement systems.
