Financial System: FAQ's
- Is Financials accessible if an employee is off the Case campus?
- Yes, the Financials system is accessible anywhere you can
access the Internet. - Is there a certain browser I should be using?
- We suggest Internet Explorer as the preferred browser.
- What do I need to do in order to gain access?
- For the Financials System, you will need to complete two steps. The first is filling out a security form with your management center with both parties signature at the bottom. The second step is to take the necessary training courses. If you have any questions about your security access please contact erpsecurity@case.edu
- How will I access the system once I have taken training and completed a security form?
- PeopleSoft is a web based system. This allows you to access the system
using a URL. You will type the Financials URL into the address bar of your web
browser. You can log on with your Case Network ID and password.
