Your EmplID number is a randomly assigned number in the HCM System. We use this number as a unique identifier in a variety of settings including travel advances and travel reimbursements in the Financials System, when you use Case Travelport, and when you activate your P-card.
You may find your EmplID on the Confidentiality Agreement screen in the bottom left corner.
To access the Confidentiality Agreement screen click here. You will be taken to the sign in screen for the HCM System. Enter your Case Network ID and password and click "Sign In". You will be automatically taken to the Confidentiality Agreement screen to view your EmplID. |
