Usage and Non-Allowed Expenses

The University Purchasing Card is designed to simplify small-dollar purchases (at dollar levels determined by each department’s management center) related to University business. It is a universally accepted MasterCard, and thus can be used on site with suppliers, over the phone or the Internet. Since the University is tax-exempt in the state of Ohio and for federal purposes, we ask that you also present your tax-exempt card at the point of purchase. Cards cannot be lent to colleagues; the only person authorized to use the card is the one whose name appears on its face.
