The Staff Advisory Council was created in 1990 as Case's first fully representative staff organization. The Council is unincorporated, advisory in nature, and acts within the limits of our Constitution. The Council meets at least six times a year to discuss issues that interest and impact staff members. The mission of the council is to serve as an advisory group with both administration and staff to comment and provide feedback on policies and raise awareness of the people it serves. Most work is done through committees such as Training and Development that work with staff in professional and personal development.
