SAC Community Service Committee
Mission
The Community Services Committee shall serve as a vehicle to make Case staff aware of community events
of charitable and non-charitable nature. This awareness is intended to foster a greater involvement and
relationship of the staff members with the community.
Upcoming Projects
The Community Service Committee’s next project will take place on Saturday, March 28, 2009. We will be participating in CCEL's Spring Saturday of Service. We will be volunteering at the City Mission sorting and organizing donated items. If you have any items that you would like to donate please contact Michelle Saafir at mds21@case.edu or 368-3185.
Objectives
- To sponsor and organize community service activities and fundraising events
- To promote awareness and involvement of the staff in the community
- To continue relationships with previously sponsored organizations
- To seek out new events
Committee Meetings
We meet once a month on the second Tuesday of the month from 12:00 to 1:00 pm in Tomlinson cafeteria.
