Academic Calendar

Anger in the Workplace

One out of five Americans has an anger management problem. Anger is a natural human emotion and is natureís way of empowering us to ìward offî our perception of an attack or threat to our well-being. The Anger Toolkit includes Information about Managing and Coping with Anger in the Workplace, Understanding the Goals of Negative Behavior, Tips on Coping with your Angry Co-workers or Boss, and Four Proven Techniques for Managing Anger.

Benefits Administration

Benefits Administration, located in 224 Crawford Hall, is responsible for administering and updating the benefits program. Employees are responsible for selecting and using their benefits prudently and in the most cost-effective manner.

Child Care

Information on how to find referrals to day care centers, family day care home providers, in-home providers, before/after school programs, preschool/headstart programs, summer programs, emergency/temporary/mildly sick care programs, and "special needs" programs.

Deliver Me Food

Deliver Me Food provides users with the opportunity to order food from some of their favorite restaurants in Cleveland without having to leave home. The average delivery takes about forty-five minutes to an hour. Whether you are ordering a personal meal or enough for a meeting, Deliver Me Food offers convenient options.

EASE@Work

Employee Assistance Service (EASE) is a voluntary private and confidential program provided through Center for Families and Children (CFC). This service provides counseling and community resources for benefits-eligible employees and family members to help identify problems and develop plans for resolution.

Employee Discounts

Human Resources has arranged for faculty and staff to receive discounts and promotions at various establishments. The program serves as an additional perk to being a valued Case employee.

Faculty Handbook

The Faculty Handbook of Case Western Reserve University, which includes the Constitution, currently exists in two electronic formats, an HTML version and an Adobe Acrobat version. Both are available from this webpage.
