ExtravaDance Registration 2008

 

Early Registration Deadline: 11:59pm March 28, 2009
Late Registration Deadline: 11:59pm, April 16, 2009

 

Please, fill a separate form out for each piece you will perform (sometimes there are a few groups with more than one), because we may split up a single group's pieces in the show in order to maintain variety and a high level of audience entertainment. Regardless of the number of pieces performed by a group, they will only be charged one registration fee.

Note: Individuals are limited to 2-3 min. per piece; groups should limit themselves to 4-5 min. or less per piece. Please contact us if you would like us to consider an exception for your piece.

*I understand that each group or individual performing must pay a $5 fee, regardless of number of pieces, for early registration (through March 7) or $10 for late registration (March 8-21). This fee will help cover dinner for all performers. Arrangements to pay the registration fee will be made with your Tappers contact person at a later date.
 

Additional Comments/Questions:
Please note here if you would like practice time on the Thwing stage before ExtravaDance begins, sometime between 3pm and 6pm the day of the show. If you have conflicts and would like to request a particular time for either practicing or your performance order in the show, please make that request here. We cannot guarantee anything, but will do our best to satisfy all performers.
