Join the Spartan Tappers Mailing List
Getting on the mailing list enables you to stay informed about rehearsals, performances, and all sorts of Tappers doings.
We are really looking forward to the new year with some new members! Joining the mailing list is a great first step to joining the Tappers. In addition to being on the mailing list, current information is almost always available here at our website. Feel free to continue looking about! Also, if you have any questions, do not hesitiate to contact an officer.
To join the Spartan Tappers mailing list, please follow one of these options:
Send an email to lists@case.edu with the subject line "SUBscribe tappers" using your @case.edu email address. You will receive confirmation of your subscription within 24 hours.- Visit lists.case.edu, sign in, search lists for tappers, and subscribe.
- Sign up at the Activities Fair at the beginning of fall semesters, come to the Kick-Off Mixer at the beginning of each semester and sign the mailing list, or come to any practice and provide us with your name and email address.

Troubleshooting and other important info:
- If you are Case affiliated, you must use your @case.edu email address. The Case list server for the Tappers list is set up to only allow @case.edu email addresses. Community members who pay the lesson fee of $50 may have their address added by a Tappers officer.
- If you do not have your browser set up to send email using mail links online, you can always go into your WebMail and send a message to lists@case.edu with the subject line "SUBscribe tappers" from there.
- You should receive email confirmation of your subscription within 24 hours. If you do not receive confirmation that you have joined the Tappers mailing list, contact the Tappers secretary listed to the left and you will be manually added.
- You will stay on our mailing list until your Case account closes (IE when you graduate) or you unsubscribe. We do not remove people from our mailing list without their explicit request through email.
- This is an automated mailing list system offered through Case's ITS department. Details about the system are available at https://its-services.case.edu/middleware/Sympa/SympaUserGuide.html or http://lists.case.edu.
- If you accidentally delete yourself from the list, you can always resubscribe through the methods above. Also, all messages sent through the system are archived at lists.case.edu and are available to list subscribers.
- Only the officers are authorized to send email using this list. Therefore, you should not worry about receiving spam or other unauthorized messages through this list. If you want to send an email to all of the tappers, you can send any officer the message you would like forwarded.

Removal from the Tappers mailing list:
- Click here to send an email to lists@case.edu with the subject line "UNSubscribe tappers."
- Or visit lists.case.edu, sign in, go to "Your subscriptions" in the upper right corner, click on tappers, and click unsubscribe from the menu on the left.
- If you are leaving the club/mailing list because you are unsatisfied with your Tappers experiences, please let one of the officers know why so we can improve our club for future members!
