The Case Western Reserve Journal of International Law (ISSN 0008-7524) is published three times a year by the students of the Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Subscriptions are entered for the entire volume and are $22.00 per year for foreign and domestic subscriptions. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless timely notice of cancellation is received. Single issues of the current volume are available for $11.00 each by contacting the Journal offices at:
