Car #48

This vehicle competed in the June 2010 competition in Rochester, NY, where it traversed a lake in CWRU Baja’s first water competition.  Since then, the car has been retrofitted with a more traditional floor and side panels to help save weight.  Recently, Bingham’s Best Brand and Car 48 took 2nd place at University of Louisville’s Midnight Mayhem competition.  Car 48 marked the start of a new era for Bingham’s Best Brand, with the return of the rear-mount engine and a primary focus on creating durable and serviceable vehicles.
