You are living proof that Case Western Reserve University attracts brilliant thinkers from
around the globe who are serious about their intellectual pursuits
and their future careers. As a leading institution recognized
nationally and internationally for its academic rigor, excellence in
research and hands-on learning opportunities, CWRU serves as
both a foundation and springboard for our students.
Explore everything that Case Western Reserve has to offer in our online Admitted Student Viewbook. Inside you'll meet CWRU students and faculty and read their stories. This viewbook is online, so you can view it on your laptop, download and print it, or read it on your iPad.
Students who wish to pay their enrollment deposit via credit card have the option of confirming their enrollment online. Students who prefer to pay by check should complete the enrollment card included in their admission packet and send it back using the enclosed business reply envelope. Tuition deposits received after May 1 will be considered on a space available basis.
If the tuition deposit represents a hardship for your family, please contact the Office of Undergraduate Admission to determine if you qualify for a fee waiver.
Starting in early March, the New Student Checklist helps students go from making a tuition deposit to arriving on campus as CWRU Spartans. We'll guide you through all the various tasks required for new students, including selecting housing and meal plan preferences and submitting final transcripts after high school graduation.
In order to begin the New Student Checklist, you'll need to have an activated CWRU Network ID, and to have accepted your offer of admission and submitted your tuition deposit either online or via U.S. mail.
