Case Western Reserve executes purchase agreement for what is called the Triangle property on Euclid Avenue at Mayfield Road
January 2005
The university begins discussions with University Circle Incorporated about including their site opposite the Triangle at Euclid and Ford Road in a developer RFQ in order to provide a large enough site to accommodate a substantial project of adequate critical mass
August 2005
Case Western Reserve acquires the Triangle property
December 2005
A selection committee issues an RFQ for a developer
May 2006
The selection committee chooses a developer
November 2006
A memorandum of understanding is signed
Late 2007
A project schedule is expected to be released
Late 2008
Construction is expected to begin in phases, depending on details yet to be determined
