Case Western Reserve University has been chosen as one of the best places to work in northeast Ohio.
The Employers Resource Council (ERC) presented Case with the honor at the 6th annual NorthCoast 99 Awards.
“I think the recognition just confirms what we at Case already know: Case Western Reserve University is certainly one of the premier places to work in the northeast Ohio region, and we think it’s one of the best places in the country,” said Tony Kinslow, vice president of human resources.
Case employs more than 5,000 faculty and staff.
NorthCoast 99 is an annual, year-long effort to identify 99 of the best places to work in northeast Ohio by the ERC, Northeast Ohio’s largest employers’ association. The award recognizes employers that excel in compensation, benefits, health and safety, training and education, diversity, community service, recruitment and retention, and employee communication. The program also focuses on developing new workplace benchmarks for northeast Ohio businesses.
“Our team deserves some well-earned recognition,” Kinslow said. “We look forward to continuing to be one of the best places to work.”
