Meet the Lab


Margie (Kozik) Forster

Margie Forster, B.S- Margie graduated from Walsh University with a bachelor’s degree in biology.  She is a senior Research Assistant/Lab Manager that has been in the lab for 6 years.  She is currently working on the ex vivo expansion of umbilical cord blood (UCB) stem cells as well as upcoming studies in leukemogenesis.  Currently the expansion initiative is focused on the engraftment capacity of cytokine-expanded UCB in a NOD/SCID mouse model.
