What's New:
Research ShowCASE: The Laughlin lab presented 6 posters at the 2007 Research ShowCASE, the annual meeting highlighting research at CWRU. Laura Hammond won first place in the Graduate Student category for her poster entitled "Human Umbilical Cord Blood (UCB) Derived CD133 Cells Demonstrate Homing Capability in Vasculogenesis and Evoke a Proliferative Response as well as IL-4 and IL-10 Cytokine Production In vitro."
