About the Program
The Department of Psychiatry is one of
the few providers of ECT in Northeast Ohio. To better
serve these patients, the ECT suite, located on HP5 is
expanding its space. They are in the process of establishing
a pre-ECT suite adjacent to the current treatment and
recovery suite. This area is being set up to provide a
more conducive space for conducting intake interviews,
pre-ECT assessments, and preparing patients for treatment.
This addition will significantly enhance the privacy and
comfort of the patients and their families.
