The proteomics module provides technical support and training for carrying out mass spectrometry and proteomic services that include molecular weight determination, protein identification and quantification, and characterizations of post-translational modifications. Please contact us to discuss custom work such as large scale proteomic analysis, new application development, etc. We partner with the Case Center for Proteomics and Bioinformatics directed by Dr. Mark Chance to utilize the mass spectrometry instruments and computational facilities in the Center for the vision scientists at Case.

2) Complete the sample submission form if you are the first time user
3) Please refer to the submission form for additional instructions

Pricing Information
Sample preparation and data analysis: $9.00/hour for members, $15.00/hour for non-members
