BACKGROUND
Kay Sisk is a registered dietitian who received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Missouri. She received her Master of Science degree in Public Health Nutrition and completed a dietetic internship at Case Western Reserve University. She also received a Graduate Certificate in Gerontology from the CWRU Center on Aging and Health.

Kay works in conjunction with Dr. Isabel Parraga in the M.S. in Public Health Nutrition Dietetic Internship Program where she assists in the development, organization, and management of supervised practice rotations for dietetic interns and teaches modules of “Introduction to Public Health Nutrition” (NTRN 528) and “Public Health Nutrition” (NTRN 530). Kay also provides nutrition counseling services to undergraduate, graduate, and professional school students at the University Health Service.

Kay is an active member of the Cleveland Dietetic Association, Ohio Dietetic Association, Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and American Public Health Association. She is also a member of the Public Health/Community Nutrition Dietetic Practice Group of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
