Carolyn A. Hodges is a registered dietitian who received her Bachelor of Science degree (summa cum laude) in Food & Nutrition/Dietetics from Loyola University Chicago. She received her Master of Science degree in Public Health Nutrition and completed a dietetic internship at Case Western Reserve University.
Carolyn works in conjunction with Dr. Isabel Parraga in the M.S. Public Health Nutrition Dietetic Internship Program where she assists in the development, organization, and management of supervised practice rotations for dietetic interns and teaches modules of NTRN 528 Introduction to Public Health Nutrition and NTRN 530 Public Health Nutrition.
Carolyn also provides nutrition counseling services to undergraduate, graduate, and professional school students at the University Health Service. Carolyn is an active member of the Cleveland Dietetic Association, where she has held appointed and elected positions. She is also a member of the Ohio Dietetic Association, American Dietetic Association, and American Public Health Association.
