Practice Program Application
Applicants to the
Coordinated Dietetic Internship/Master's Degree Program (CDI/MDP)
must have a baccalaureate degree and a verification statement
(or declaration of intent) from an ADA
Approved Didactic Program. The student must have
a grade average of at least a B.
Final selection is made by the
individual hospitals after CWRU has screened all applicants
for eligibility for graduate school. After matching and acceptance
into the CDI/MDP, the interns will receive an application form
for the School of Graduate Studies at CWRU, which must be completed
and returned to the School along with the required application
fee.
