Research:
The goals of my research project is to characterize further the mechanisms of in vitro cross presentation seen in response to exogenously applied whole antigens. These studies will define the cellular interactions necessary for cross presentation and will define the signals, cytokine-dependent/contact dependent or both that drive monocyte dependent cross presentation |
