Dr. Joseph C. LaManna is a professor in the departments of Physiology/Biophysics, Neurology,
and
Neuroscience. A Georgetown and Duke alumnus, Dr. LaManna has been involved in cerebrovascular research for 30 years. He is currently the president of the Internationl Society on Oxygen Transport to Tissue, and will also be hosting the 2009 annual meeting in Cleveland, OH.
